You actually follow along with your onscreen character and go through various workouts to improve your fitness level. You can do various strength training routines to improve your overall body tone and the fit pad will measure your success.
The virtual caricatures, which are unique to the Wii, represent you as you use the fit board to go through the game. The caricature will actually change its shape to match your own. This game really draws you in and reminds me a bit of the SIMS game.
